Nightcap

There's a great deal going on in this bottle. Three Spirit builds Nightcap on Canadian maple syrup and a long list of botanical extracts, among them mosaic hops, valerian root, lemon balm, ashwagandha, turmeric, vanilla orchid and liquorice, then finishes with ginger and three peppers: black, Sichuan and habanero. Those peppers are why the drink carries warmth on the swallow instead of just sweetness, and a tannin infusion supplies the grip that alcohol normally provides. It's a 50cl bottle at 0% ABV, caffeine free, vegan and gluten free, with no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. Three Spirit is a certified B Corp and formulates with bartenders and scientists working together, which shows in how it wants to be served. The house serve is 50ml over ice with a few dashes of bitters and a slice of orange. Worth flagging that it contains liquorice, which not everyone gets on with.
