Muri is a Copenhagen-based fermentation house making complex non-alcoholic alternatives to wine (all under 0.5% ABV). Instead of dealcoholizing wine, Muri builds each blend from scratch with ferments like gooseberry, koji rice, mead and foraged botanicals, then blends them into still and sparkling cuvées served in Michelin-starred restaurants and distributed across the EU and US.
