Anna Spinato is a family winery in Ponte di Piave, Treviso, in the Veneto, best known for Prosecco but also one of Italy's established makers of alcohol-free sparkling. Its zero-alcohol line is not dealcoholised: filtered grape must is held at freezing temperature in steel so alcoholic fermentation never starts, and natural carbon dioxide provides the bubbles. The range covers Zero from 100% Glera must, the rosé Zero Blush, and the organic Gocce di Luna, all at 0.0% and all decorated at wine competitions including Gilbert & Gaillard, Mundus Vini and the IWSC. Exported to Australia, the United States and beyond.
