Blue Curacao

Blue curacao takes its flavour from the peel of the Laraha, a bitter orange grown on Curacao that almost nobody wants to eat and plenty of people are happy to drink. ArKay's alcohol free version keeps that bittersweet citrus shape, light sweet orange in front with a subtle bitter edge trailing behind, plus the colour that makes a Bluebird or a Blue Lagoon look like itself. It exists to be mixed. Use it one for one wherever a recipe calls for blue curacao, or stretch it over soda for something simpler. As with the rest of the ArKay range, nothing is distilled. The liquid is engineered from natural flavourings, carries no alcohol whatsoever, and runs at zero sugar, zero calories and zero carbs. Gluten free, non GMO and vegan friendly.
