The odd item on the label is horseradish extract, and it is the whole trick. Vodka's job is to be neutral while still delivering warmth, so with the alcohol gone Dhos needed something else to put heat at the back of the throat. Horseradish does that work. Everything around it stays clean and close to neutral. The bottle is 750ml, made at the brand's Oregon distillery, with zero alcohol, zero sugar, zero calories, gluten free and Clean Label Project Certified. Because it is deliberately quiet, it performs best where other ingredients carry the drink. A Moscow mule with real ginger beer, a Bloody Mary where tomato and spice lead, or a martini style build with plenty of ice and a twist. Straight with soda and lime it is fine but unremarkable, which is rather the idea.
