Brunswick Aces built its name on gin shaped sapiirs, which makes this one the outlier, a vodka style blend for people who want clean rather than botanical. Native desert lime sourced from Coober Pedy in South Australia carries it, giving a crisp citrus lead and a smooth finish without the juniper weight of the Spades or Hearts bottles. A vodka lime soda is the obvious build and the one the distillery designed it around, though it also disappears neatly into anything where vodka is meant to stay out of the way. The 700ml bottle pours at 0% ABV and is made the same way as everything else in the range, with each botanical hand prepared and distilled on its own before the blend is put together in Brunswick, Melbourne.
