The canned version of Brunswick Aces Diamonds, already mixed so you aren't hauling a bottle and a pack of tonic to a picnic. It carries the same botanicals as the 700ml Sapiir: native desert lime, lemon and finger lime up front, floral mandarin behind them, savoury sage for weight and enough juniper to keep it recognisably gin shaped. Tonic does the rest, and the result reads bright and citrus forward rather than sweet. One thing worth checking on the shelf. Brunswick Aces cans this in two versions, a 0.0% non-alcoholic one and an 8% ABV alcoholic one, in near identical packaging. The 0.0% is the one you want if you're not drinking, so read the front before you pay. Serve it cold, ideally poured over ice in a balloon glass with a lemon wedge, which stretches it out and keeps it from warming in your hand. This is an afternoon drink more than a late night one.
