Zero G&T

The mixing has already been done here. Each can is a quarter Sobrii 0-Gin topped with sparkling tonic water, which is roughly the ratio you would pour yourself, so it drinks like a proper G and T rather than a flavoured seltzer. Juniper and pine lead the nose with tonic citrus lifting it, then coriander gives a gentle snap and star anise and allspice add some warmth underneath.
