Raspberry Mojito

Take Clever's best selling mojito, the one built on an infusion of spearmint, peppermint and lime peel, then lay tangy raspberry over the top. That is this can. The fruit brightens the mint and citrus without any added sugar, because the recipe is built without it, so the finish comes out tart rather than syrupy. Most fruit mojitos in a can go the other direction and end up tasting like candy. Format is 355ml, twelve to a case, gluten free, and under 0.5% alcohol by volume rather than a true zero. Drink it very cold. Crushed ice, a mint sprig and a few fresh raspberries dropped in the glass does most of the work if you are serving it to people. It suits a patio afternoon better than a dinner table.
