Jukes 6 - The Dark Red

Blackberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, strawberries and plums go into organic apple cider vinegar, and what comes out is deeper and spicier than that fruit list suggests. Jukes 6 is the darkest thing in the mix-at-home range, built to occupy the place a red wine would occupy and to hold its own against food rather than disappear beside it. How strong it lands is up to you. Half a 30ml bottle into 100ml of chilled still or sparkling water gives a standard 125ml glass, so one bottle covers two people and a box of nine covers a dinner. Around 17 calories per 100ml. It suits cold weather and heavier plates, and Jukes sells a mulled kit built on this bottling for exactly that reason.
