Jukes 8 - The Rose

Watermelon, cucumber, pear, melon, raspberry, apple and rhubarb infused in organic apple cider vinegar, and the point of all that vegetal material is the finish. Jukes 8 is perfumed and refreshing on the way in and properly dry on the way out, which is what keeps it from landing as sweet pink cordial. Provence is the stated inspiration and it is a fair one. It is also the lightest of the three classic boxes, at roughly 13 calories per 100ml. Mix half a 30ml bottle into 100ml of chilled still or sparkling water in a wine glass, taste it, then move the ratio around until it is yours. Nine bottles to a box, two glasses to a bottle. Summer food suits it best. Salads, grilled vegetables, soft cheese, anything you would rather eat outside.
