Raspberry and blackcurrant lead, then exotic mango and warm blood orange fill in behind, which makes this the sweetest and most immediate thing in the Laori range. It is built for a rosa spritz rather than for sipping neat. Unlike the purely distilled products in the lineup, Berry No 6 includes dealcoholized wine in its base alongside herb and spice extracts and carrot juice concentrate for colour. Laori's herbs come from Provence and are steam distilled individually before blending near Berlin. It runs 72 calories per 100 mL with 18 grams of sugar and stays under 0.3 percent alcohol. Pour it over plenty of ice, top with alcohol free sparkling, and drop in fresh berries. Once open, use it within twelve weeks. It is a summer bottle and it tastes like one.
