Peas are the surprise. Most non-alcoholic spirits reach for citrus or spice, and Garden 108 goes green instead, built on peas alongside hay, hops, rosemary, thyme and spearmint. Founder Ben Branson has traced the recipe back to eating peas straight from the pod on the family farm, and it tastes like that memory. Herbal and grassy, faintly sweet at the edges, with the hops and rosemary keeping it from going soft. It's a mixing spirit, not a sipping one.
