Raspberry and hibiscus lead here with juniper still underneath, which puts it closer to a fruity French aperitif than to the gin-shaped original. The finish is where the family resemblance shows, carrying the same spicy linden blossom note that runs through standard Wonderleaf. No sugar and no sweeteners go into it, unusual for anything this fruit-forward, and it lands at roughly 3 calories per 100ml. Vegan and gluten-free like the rest of the range. Siegfried built it for mixing rather than sipping. Tonic is the house recommendation, and it works equally well in a spritz build or any long drink that wants a floral, fruity backbone. Serve it cold over plenty of ice, ideally before a meal rather than during one.
