Red Torino means sweet vermouth, and this one gets its character from grape juice concentrate, herb extracts and a clear cinnamon note rather than trying to fake a fortified wine. Deep grape sweetness sits against herbal bitterness, warm spice runs through the middle, and the body is medium instead of watery. It is the sweetest bottle in the UNDONE range at 15 calories and 3.5g of sugar per 1 fl oz pour, which is roughly in line with the real thing. Cocktail wise it does what vermouth always does. A V&T over ice with tonic and an orange slice is the easy serve, a Manhattan with their whiskey alternative is the ambitious one, and no Negroni works without it. Refrigerate after opening the way you would with the alcoholic version. Cured meat, aged cheese and nuts pair well.
