Leitz Zero Point Five Pinot Noir is a dealcoholized red wine from the Rheingau in Germany. It is clean and fresh with notes of red currant and cherry, a nicely embedded tannic structure and an almost dry finish. The alcohol is removed via vacuum distillation, leaving 0.5% ABV.
