The daytime bottle in the Caleño range, and the one carrying the brand's signature ingredient. Golden Inca berry, sweet and tangy with lemon peel edges, sits at the center of a distilled blend that also pulls in pineapple, papaya, juniper and citrus. The botanicals are steam distilled in stainless steel drums over 48 hours, then left to mature for another two weeks before bottling, which is much closer to how gin actually gets made than most alcohol free spirits bother with. Alcohol Change UK summed it up neatly, noting that cardamom, lemon and Inca berry come through more strongly than the juniper. Caleño is a certified B Corp, and its founder built the range around the flavours of her native Colombia. Pour 50ml over ice, top with 200ml tonic, and garnish with pineapple.
