If a Piña Colada is where you are headed, this is the shortcut. Fresh coconut leads, with vanilla and pineapple sitting just behind it, smooth enough to drink over ice with nothing more than pineapple juice. Caleño also suggests cola if you want something closer to a rum and coke. The Spirits Business called it a possible replacement for Malibu drinkers, which is a fair read of where it lands. For the full version, shake 50ml with pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime and agave. Like everything else in the range it is zero sugar, vegan and gluten free, made by a certified B Corp whose founder built the brand around Colombian flavours. Unopened it keeps roughly a year, and once opened it is best used within three months at room temperature.
