Mango & Passion Fruit

A flavoured rum alternative that leans hard on fruit without leaning on sugar. Ripe mango and guava lead, fresh passion fruit cuts through the middle, and a hint of lime at the edges keeps it from tasting like squash. Good Housekeeping picked up spicy pepper and ginger notes sitting under the tropical fruit, which is what keeps it from going one dimensional. There are two obvious ways to use it. Top it with soda or lemonade over ice for a spritz, or shake 50ml with mango juice, fresh lime and a little agave for a daiquiri that drinks like an actual cocktail.
