Blackberry and summer strawberry lead here, with California citrus blossom underneath giving it a floral lift the still rosé does not have. It is the most festive bottle Jøyus makes and the one built for handing around, dry enough that it does not wear thin by the second glass. Jøyus removes the alcohol gently to preserve the delicate aromatics, which is the whole trick with sparkling, since heat-heavy methods strip exactly what you want to keep. It finishes under 0.5% ABV. The bottle has taken Double Gold and Best in Class honors at major competitions. Founder Jess Selander started the company after seventeen years without a drink, wanting something that made the toast feel the same.
