Cypher Pet'

Bubbles carry aroma better than still wine does, and this is where Cypher's sparkling earns its place. The mousse lifts citrus and attractive green notes first, coats the palate, then softens into white-fleshed fruit with linden and verbena underneath. Green apple and pear sit in there too. It is the festive bottle in the range, built for the moment when everyone else is opening something with a cork. The grapes are farmed organically in the Gard in southern France and the wine is made traditionally before the alcohol is removed with enough care to leave the aromatics alone. Final numbers are 0% alcohol and 12 calories per 100ml. Available in 75cl bottles and cans. Serve it properly chilled, in a real glass, and it will hold its own on a table full of wine drinkers.
