Same blend logic as the still rosé, mostly Sauvignon Blanc at 96% with 4% Grenache for color, then carbonated once the alcohol is gone. The spinning cone strips that alcohol under vacuum at low temperature, and CO2 goes back in afterward to give it a fine, steady bead. In the glass it is light salmon pink, with ripe strawberry and sweet plum on the nose and a balanced palate that finishes long. Winemakers Pieter-Niel Rossouw and Reon Richter built it from unirrigated bush vine fruit in Darling, on the Atlantic-cooled West Coast of South Africa. It has a 2023 IWSC Bronze at 85 points and a Silver at the 2025 World Alcohol Free Awards. Serve it properly chilled on its own, or put it next to a salmon salad, fresh sashimi or yellowtail ceviche.
