Sparkling Rosé

Lychee and florals on the nose are the first sign this is not a sweet party pink. Hollow Leg's alcohol-free rose comes from Galicia in northwest Spain, made as wine first and de-alcoholised after, which is why the fruit reads like fruit rather than flavouring. The palate is sparkling and fruity, red apple and yellow plum, and it finishes dry with no added sugar. Chill it to 6 to 8C. It is an easy match for tapas, charcuterie, or a long afternoon where you would rather stay clear headed. The nutrition is modest by design, about 4 calories and 0.17g of sugar per 100ml, so a 150ml glass sits near 6 calories. The label stays short: de-alcoholised wine, grape extract, natural flavour and sulphites. It shares the sparkling range with Hollow Leg's White Cuvee.
