Sangria

Three juice concentrates go into this one, red grape, blood orange and white cranberry, which is what gives it more weight than the other two bottles in the range. Ginger runs underneath, citrus extract lifts the top, and it all sits on the same white tea base TÖST uses throughout. It stays dry despite the fruit, because the sugar is kept deliberately low. Sangria is normally a sweet drink, so a version that finishes clean is a genuinely different proposition, and it stands up to food better than most non-alcoholic options at a table.
