Everything Except Sauvignon Blanc

Passionfruit and tropical aromatics give this away immediately as Sauvignon Blanc doing its usual job, minus the alcohol. Yellow in the glass, clean through the middle, with tropical fruit and citrus carried out by a soft acidity on the finish. It is the most familiar wine in the Everything Except range and the easiest one to hand to somebody who doubts that alcohol free wine can taste like wine. Chill it hard and treat it exactly like any other Sauvignon Blanc, with goat cheese, green vegetables, or something off the grill. Tread Softly is an Australian producer certified carbon neutral and signed up to Sustainable Winegrowing Australia. Since May 2019 it has planted a native tree for every case sold, and that forest in the Yarra Yarra biodiversity corridor passed two million trees in October 2024.
