Mulled wine without alcohol is usually just spiced juice, and this is closer to the real thing because it starts as actual wine from established growing regions before the alcohol comes out. Vacuum distillation does that work at 33°C, low enough that the spice and fruit character is not cooked away. The aromas are intense: warm spice, dried fruit and a lift of orange peel. It arrives ready to drink, so you can pour it cold, though the point of the bottle is to warm it gently and drop in orange wedges and cinnamon sticks. Expect it to be sweeter than the rest of the Eisberg range, at 14g of sugar per 100ml, which is normal for the style. 0.0% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Think Christmas market drink for people who have to drive home, or who would rather skip the headache.
