Sweeter and rounder than the whites in the range, this rosé leads with strawberry jam and raspberry rather than the bone dry, pale style that dominates the rosé shelf. It is the most calorific of Eisberg's still wines at about 34 per 125ml glass with 6g of sugar per 100ml, which is the trade for that fruit. Production is the same across the lineup. Real wine goes into a vacuum distillation system where the lowered boiling point lets alcohol evaporate near 32°C, gentle enough that the aroma stays largely intact. It ends up 0.0% ABV and vegan. Serve it a touch warmer than the whites, 8 to 10°C. Eisberg pushes it toward spicy food and salads, where a little residual sweetness actually helps, and it mixes into the brand's grapefruit spritz and cranberry iced tea. 750ml.
