The color shifts from bright yellow to soft sand in the glass, and the nose runs toward dried fruit and raisin rather than the neutral citrus most Pinot Grigio defaults to. The finish is tangy. It sits in Eisberg's Selection range, the premium tier above the Signature bottles, and comes in at 0.0% ABV, vegan, about 18 calories per 125ml with 4g of sugar per 100ml. Alcohol removal is by vacuum distillation. Lower the pressure, the boiling point drops, and the alcohol evaporates around 32°C without heat stripping the aroma out of the wine. Serve at 5 to 7°C. It is an easy bottle for a dinner where someone is pregnant, driving or simply off the booze, and it does not ask anyone to pretend they are drinking something they are not. 750ml.
