Rose is the easiest wine to put in front of a mixed table, and this is Lussory's 0.0% version, made as wine in Spain and de-alcoholised afterward. The polyphenols of the original wine stay in the bottle, and the label ticks the boxes the brand leans on: low in calories, gluten free, Halal certified. Serve it chilled at 7 to 9C. The producer points it at fish, shellfish, rice dishes, pasta and salads, which covers most of a Spanish summer menu. It comes in a 750ml bottle from Dismark Products in Santiago de Compostela, the company behind the whole Lussory range, which now spans Merlot, Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Airen, this Rose and a sparkling Brut.
