The bubbles here come from a wine that was fermented first and stripped of its alcohol afterward, which is why this sparkling white keeps a recognisable wine character instead of reading like sweetened grape soda. Lussory is made in Spain by Dismark Products, based in Santiago de Compostela, and the range has picked up coverage from Forbes, CNN and the BBC.
