Dry Rosé Zero

Most alcohol free rosé lands sweet, which makes a genuinely dry one worth noting. This was the first release of Brown Brothers Dry Rosé Zero and it commits to the style. The colour is a vibrant salmon pink, the nose is bright with fresh watermelon, ruby grapefruit and citrus, and the palate finishes dry and mouth watering rather than sugary. Brown Brothers has been making wine in Victoria's King Valley since 1889 and treats the Zero range as real wine, fermented normally and then stripped of alcohol using spinning cone technology. Drink it young and cold. It is built as an aperitif and leans towards seafood, so Vietnamese prawn skewers, smoked trout blinis, crunchy summer salads, a watermelon and berry plate, or a wedge of brie.
