Moscato Rosé Zero

Pink Moscato is the sweeter, more perfumed corner of the Brown Brothers range, and the Zero version keeps that character intact. The colour is a vibrant strawberry pink. Rose petal and red berry dominate the nose alongside freshly crushed grapes and a spicy perfume, and those carry straight through to a fruity palate where acidity and a light spritz stop the sweetness sitting heavy. It is made as a wine first at the family winery in Victoria's King Valley, where Brown Brothers has been operating since 1889, then dealcoholised with spinning cone technology, the same process behind the rest of the Zero range. Serve it well chilled and drink it while it is young and vibrant, because freshness is the entire appeal and it fades with age.
