Rosella is the giveaway that this is an Australian bottle. The native hibiscus relative brings a tart, cranberry-ish edge that keeps Altina's Sparkling Rosé dry instead of sweet, and it sits alongside bright crunchy fruit and a lift of citrus. The base is premium Australian wine with the alcohol gently removed, then blended with botanicals to put back some of the body and bitterness that alcohol normally provides. Bubbles are lively and the finish is clean. It runs under 0.02% alcohol at about 25 calories per 150ml glass, in a 750ml corked bottle. Chill it hard and treat it like any dry sparkling rosé. It works as an aperitif, alongside charcuterie, or through a long lunch that still ends with somebody driving home.
