Prosecco is the reference point Vintense names for this one, and the comparison survives contact with the glass better than most alcohol-free sparkling wines manage. Made from Airén, it pours pale lemon yellow and the nose is intense and clean, fruity and floral at once, with peach, apricot, elderflower and a muscatel note. The palate is delicate and well balanced, closing slightly bitter with a good return of fruit through the nose, and that bitterness is what keeps it from reading as sweetened soda. Serve it between 8 and 10 degrees as an aperitif, with sweet and sour dishes or white fruit desserts. It's a genuine 0.0% from the Belgian house, vegan, gluten free and safe during pregnancy, at about 24 calories per 100ml. Sold in 20cl and 75cl.
