If you find crystals settled at the bottom of the bottle, that's the recipe working as intended. Rhubarb's oxalic acid reacts slowly with calcium from the apple juice, and big temperature swings speed it up. Manufaktur Jörg Geiger flags it as evidence the drink hasn't been stripped of anything. The build is a strawberry-season idea. Woodruff comes from the light gaps in the forest, elderflower from the hedgerows, and rhubarb sharpens the apple underneath. Strawberry is a full quarter of the bottle, so the sweetness is real, and the finish runs long and floral rather than clean. Serve at 8 to 10°C. It's good on its own as an apéritif, better with a plate of fresh strawberries, and holds its own against rhubarb desserts. 42 calories per 100ml, with no alcohol at any stage of production.
