Shiraz is Australia's signature red and the one Edenvale drinkers name most often as their pick of the range. This is the classic bottling, deep ruby, with ripe black cherry on the nose and dark plummy fruit and spice filling out the palate. The structure holds together better than the price suggests. Edenvale took the IWSC Low and No Wine Producer Trophy in both 2024 and 2025, a producer level award rather than one for a single bottle, so it says something about the range as a whole. Alcohol comes out after fermentation and lands below 0.5 percent by volume, the same ballpark as fruit juice and zero standard drinks. Put it with hard cheese, pizza, pasta, barbecue and fattier cuts like brisket or lamb shanks.
