Lussory Premium Sparkling Natur

Natur is the drier bottling in Lussory's sparkling line. Where the standard Premium Sparkling gets a sugar dosage, this one does not, so it drinks leaner and the acidity sits further forward. Same starting point, a Spanish white fermented as wine and then de-alcoholised to 0.0%, and the same short list of credentials: gluten free, low in calories, Halal certified. If you like Brut Nature in the alcoholic world, this is the closest analogue in the range. Serve it at 7 to 9C with aperitifs, cheese and light starters, or build a spritz on it where a sweeter sparkling would tip the drink over. Lussory is produced in Santiago de Compostela in Galicia by Dismark Products, and sells in 750ml bottles, usually by the case of six.
