Pale salmon in the glass with a fine, persistent bead, this is the rose entry in Lussory's 0.0% sparkling range. Like the rest of the line it is made as wine and de-alcoholised afterward, which keeps the fruit tasting like fruit rather than syrup. It is gluten free, low in calories and Halal certified, part of a Spanish range that has turned up in Forbes, CNN and BBC coverage. Serve it cold, 7 to 9C. The producer points it at aperitifs, cheese, light soups and desserts, and it holds a brunch table where a still wine would feel heavy. Bottles are 750ml. Lussory comes out of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, made by Dismark Products, whose entire catalogue sits at zero alcohol rather than treating it as a side project.
