Citrus and peach, light body, crisp finish. Eisberg's alcohol free sparkling is the utility bottle of the range, the one to open when everyone wants a glass with bubbles in it and half the room is not drinking. The base wine goes through the same vacuum distillation the still wines get, where lowered pressure lets the alcohol evaporate at roughly 32°C so the wine keeps most of its aroma. Final numbers: 0.0% ABV, vegan, 31 calories per 125ml, 5.8g of sugar per 100ml, 750ml bottle. Serve it properly cold at 5 to 7°C. The brand frames it around picnics and weekend drinks rather than formal toasts, though it stands in for prosecco fine in a bellini or a virgin pornstar martini, both of which show up in Eisberg's own cocktail list. It also does dessert duty in a sgroppino.
