Sparkling Rosé

Red cherry and strawberry, ripe and juicy, with enough fizz to earn a flute. This is the celebration bottle in Eisberg's alcohol free lineup, aimed at birthdays and toasts where nobody wants the hangover. It is built from real wine run through a vacuum distillation system, a low pressure process that evaporates the alcohol at about 32°C rather than cooking it off, which is why the fruit reads so clearly. You get 0.0% ABV, vegan, 33 calories per 125ml pour and 6g of sugar per 100ml in a 750ml bottle. Chill to 5 to 7°C. Two of the brand's cocktails use it directly, a raspberry bellini and the Mon Petit Cherie, and it sets into fruit jellies with elderflower if you want a summer dessert that stays alcohol free.
