Frankland River sits at the southern tip of Western Australia, far enough south that fruit ripens slowly and evenly. That matters here, because slow ripening builds flavour to full intensity while the natural acidity survives, and acidity is the first thing that goes missing in a lot of alcohol free white wine. Lemon and lime citrus lead, lychee sits underneath, and a grassy note ties it back to the region. Edenvale adds a thickener alongside grape sugar to restore some of the body that leaves with the alcohol. It finishes under 0.5 percent alcohol and zero standard drinks. Serve it as an aperitif or put it next to sashimi, oysters, goat's cheese, spring vegetables or a Thai green curry.
