Sparkling Rosé

Pink bubbles are a party default for good reason, and this is Edenvale's take on that job. Rose petal, redcurrant and berry fruit come through on the nose, the palate stays clean and refreshing, and there is enough fruit weight to keep it from tasting thin. Like the rest of the range it is made as a real wine first, from selected South Eastern Australian grapes, then dealcoholised to less than 0.5 percent by volume. That means zero standard drinks and a bottle anyone driving home can share. It is best used early in the evening. Serve it as an aperitif, or alongside canapes, antipasto, spicy food and fresh fruit. Keep it properly chilled, since warmth flattens both the bubbles and the aromatics.
